FABRICATION OF PEDAL OPERATED REAL TIME HACK SAW MACHINE.

ABSTRACT - Sawmill is an instrument or equipment used for cutting wood, plastic or any soft materials. It’s one of the ancient equipment and required a kind of mechanical or physical energy to operate it. Here in our project we are developing a pedal operated real time hacksaw machine to minimize the human effort. We use a real time bi cycle which is attached to hacksaw machine. This reduces the human effort and as we are using bi cycle, it in turn increased your health level as by cycle driving is a mean for burning fat and a good physical exercise. PEDAL OPERATED HACK SAW AND BOTTLE SHREDDING MACHINE.

ABSTRACT - Pedal powered hacksaw and bottle shredding machine is a machine which can be used for industrial applications and Household needs in which no specific input energy or power is needed. This project consists of a crank and slider mechanism. In the mechanism pedal is directly connected to the hacksaw through crank and slider mechanism for the processing of cutting the wooden blocks, metal bars, PVC materials. The objective of the modal is using the conventional mechanical process which plays a vital role. The main aim is to reduce the human effort for machining various materials such as wooden blocks, steel, PVC etc. The power machine, which runs on human power, works on the principle of the conversion of rotational motion to oscillatory motion. ABSTRACT - • In RURAL AREAS conventional method of grinding & chopping is done by using rural methods, if they have to grind large amount they have to travel a long distance to the flour mill for their needs. So we can use this to overcome this situation from the rural areas. It can be used in rural households for small amounts as they have to travel a long distance for the grinding purposes. It can be used for flouring of wheat grains, Ragi, Rice when attached to a flour mill. We can attach other applications like grinding wheel or for generating power etc.Contact:

Bicycles work on a rather simple mechanism. There is no major electrical or mechanical principle hidden behind it. It uses two simple techniques.

  • Applying friction in brakes to stop the bicycle.
  • The gear mechanism make the bicycle go faster.
  • There are two main kinds of electric cycle, broadly known as full-power and power-assist, and they differ in the way they're powered by the electric motor. Pedal powered machines could be a valuable backup solution to alternating renewable energy sources like solar and wind. generating electricity introduces energy losses and should be avoided whenever a device can be powered in a mechanical way.

    Our invention is that, a low cost, pedal-powered water pump that is designed around readily available parts. Its innovation is its simple design and its use of inexpensive plastic barrels and bicycle components. It is reliable, easy to operate and uses no electricity. The parts are available locally, so it can be manufactured and repaired in the community without depending on imported goods. Their machines were either expensive to build and repair because they require imported parts or they do not operate effectively. We are also combining hybrid energy like solar and wing for performing the water pumping operations.
